The breakfast offered a good variety of food and was enjoyable. The staff was friendly and accommodating. , the location was convenient for shopping and dining.
The building looked outdated and could use some renovations. The cleanliness of the rooms and common areas was poor.

The hotel is conveniently located in the heart of this city, making it easy to access many nearby attractions, restaurants, and supermarkets. The staff provided excellent service and were always friendly and responsive to my needs. Free shuttle service to the airport and sauna/SPA facilities were also great features.

This hotel is in a great location, right near the city center of Pontianak. It's perfect if you want to explore the downtown area and be close to Jl. The rooms have a minimalist modern design and are in good condition. They come with all the usual amenities found in hotels of a similar rating, ensuring a comfortable stay. The breakfast spread is impressive, with a variety of local and Western dishes served.
No improvements needed, everything was satisfactory.

The location of this hotel was great! It was in the heart of the city and close to many shops and restaurants. The breakfast was also pretty good, with a decent selection of food to choose from. the staff was friendly and welcoming.
My experience during my stay was not great. The air conditioning in my room was not working well, which made it difficult to sleep at night.
